Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) - RQF

This 1-day emergency first aid at work course is suited for anyone who may need to provide first aid to someone who becomes ill or suffers an injury at work. It is especially suited for nominated first aiders in smaller, low-risk working environments, such as offices and shops.


If you are looking to improve your first aid knowledge and practical skills then this course is perfect for you.


Certification is valid for 3 years upon successful completion, with recommended annual refresher training.


Level: beginner, 16+


This course provides participants with basic life-saving skills and knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations.

Level 3 Award in First Aid at Work (FAAW) - RQF

This 3-day first aid at work course is suited for anyone who may need to provide first aid to someone who becomes ill or suffers an injury at work.


It is especially suited for nominated first aiders in higher-risk working environments with higher hazard levels, or/and where there are more than 50 employees if the potential injuries are more severe.


If you are looking to improve your first aid knowledge and practical skills then this course is perfect for you.


Certification is valid for 3 years upon successful completion, with recommended annual refresher training.


Level: beginner to intermediate, 16+


This course includes live casualty simulation.


This course provides participants with basic life-saving skills and knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations.

Level 3 Award in Paediatric First Aid (RQF)

 Over a 2 day period, learners will develop the skills and knowledge needed to deal with a range of paediatric first aid situations, including: assessing an emergency situation, dealing with an unresponsive infant or child, CPR, choking, meningitis, head and spinal injuries, anaphylaxis, asthma and more.  


If you are looking to improve your first aid knowledge and practical skills then this course is perfect for you.


Level: Beginner, 16+ 


 

The Level 3 Award in Paediatric First Aid (RQF) has been specifically designed to meet the criteria set by the Department for Education’s EYFS Framework and is ideal for:


  • Those who have gained a level 2 and/or level 3 childcare qualification and have entered into an early years setting and wish to be included in the staff to child ratios to comply with EYFS requirements.


  • Registered childminders and assistants who are required to hold a current and full paediatric first aid certificate in order to comply with the EYFS requirements.


  • Anyone who has a non-professional involvement with infants and children, such as parents and grandparents who want to learn key paediatric first aid skills.
